About us
SUPERSOUND music store has been established in 2014. It was founded by two sound engineers, who wanted to raise customer service within that field to quite new level, which as the buyers they had never a chance to experience.
At present, SUPERSOUND has very well equipped stationary shop, which is located on Krakowiaków 64A in Warsaw.
Sales via Internet have been the main scope of our present activity, though. Actually our store has been running sales of products coming from over 300 various manufacturers from all over the world. The most renowned amongst them are such brands as: Roland, Yamaha, KORG, AKAI Professional, NORD, MIDIPLUS, PRS and many others.
Our offer also includes wide range of products for recording studio, stage performance and any musical workshop. Aside of the most popular products from well known manufacturers, you will also find here their less known equivalents at reasonable prices.
We deliver products on the area of over 30 countries in Europe. For the needs of fast and efficient realization of orders, our Company has big own warehouses, which are located in the direct surroundings of Warsaw.
We also have our own technical service department, which is able to design and realize the complete audio systems for commercial facilities (such as the stores, shopping malls, restaurants, fuel stations, etc.) as well as for religious buildings, houses and others.
As the first and often as the only ones, we have been introducing series of innovative amenities, such as free of charge door-to-door guarantee with notification service system, delivery to Clients even on the same day, Tax Free online – shopping without necessity to visit the store in person, justto name a few. Our development team has been working each day over further improvements and conveniences for the Customers.
Our team consists of over 20 persons (from logisticians to advisors, programmers, content developers and the management) and each of these persons is high class specialist in her/his field. Year by year, our team has been growing on average by 30%.
