The free upgrade to version 12 is available; however, in order to take advantage of it, it is necessary to register your purchased Live 11 license before the release of Live 12, which is scheduled for early 2024.

Registering any Live 11 license (including UPG and EDU) from now until the release date of version 12 will allow for a free upgrade (UPDATE) to Live 12, the latest edition.
